One problem I often had in the motorhome was lack of EHU so I had to depend on my leisure battery.
Fitting LED lights using solar power to replenish the battery extended times not on EHU.
Is it the sort of thing you have done or consider doing on a static?

Solar panels would be a great idea. One advantage you have is much more roof space. Could fit 1000W + of panels. You could run a fridge off that, and even if on the mains, you'd save a lot on fuel bills just like a normal house with solar panels.
Solar panels have a limited life but I believe it is about 20 years. Should last as long as your caravan.

Not seen that before. Great potential!!!! I would like to know cost/m2 and also durability, 100kN/10tonne wheel load, skid resistance, impact resistance, scrubbing, cat tracks, and resistance to vandalism/theft etc. Some people are so sick minded I'm imagining a drunken yobs with a sledge hammer causing a lot of damage. Also snow resistance could be over played. It will take a lot of energy to keep a few degrees above freezing which will not be available at minus 10 and when the sun is obscured by a snow storm Those issues were conveniently glossed over, and slightly worrying that it was invented in 2006 and I haven't seen any trial implementations yet But one good reason... it will be like freakin'Tron... I like that bit!
