Selling our lodge which is situated at Old Park Wood, an award winning 5 star park in South Cumbria. It has two bedrooms. One double en suite bedroom and a second bedroom that has bunk beds and a single bed. There is a further double bed settee in the living room so the lodge will sleep seven.
It has two toilets - the first is an ensuite with sink to the double bedroom. The second is a modern toilet, shower and wash sink.
It is 20' wide x 28' length and has the benefit of heaters to the walls and gas fire in the living room. There is a dining area with table and seating for 6 people. In the kitchen there is a hob, oven , fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee percolator and all utensils needed.
The park itself can be found at Old Park Wood caravan site and is set within beautiful South Lakes. It is near to Ulverston, Windermere, Grange over Sands and within easy access of all the Lakes.
To the outside of the lodge is enclosed decking to three sides and has tiered decking to the front. There is a seating area to the front door of the lodge as well as BBQ area along with enclosed decking.
Dogs are welcome on the site and the site has an indoor heated swimming pool with a sauna. There are three outside play grounds for children along with table tennis and a shop onsite.
The site is open 1st March until 30 November each year with a celebratory bonfire in November.
The fees are paid for this year - rates to be paid of approx £400 and it is insured for this year also.
