Well read the contract for the sites very closely, some are very restricting, if you sell the van you have to sell back to the site, often they take a commission ...whats included in the package...then theres the van itself...need list/wish list.
Statics can be a bottomless money pit, better to see it as a luxury like a car etc rather than an investment, invariably financially they arent.
Im not trying to put you off by the way just important you knowwhat you are potentially getting in to

The first things I would ask are,
how much are the site fees? what other charges are there apart from gas and electric? how long is the season? is there a life span on the caravans? if I was to sell up who can I sell it to? do you rent/ can you rent? ( as you don’t, want a neighbour renting there's out)

Hi sorry been away in Bridlington looking for a static. Found a lovely site and a atlas image super we have our eye on. Just need to wait few weeks whwn my pension pot becomes available to find it.
