I have seen many parks close for a month in January to get over planning rules. Are there many sites where you can stay all year and what do people do for the closed month? A motorhome maybe or temporary accomodation?

See the IS England next thread, possibly implications for the motorhome community too. Bottom line is turning the Caravan act of 1960 on its head, could be issues with exemptions etc...be interesting to see what John Thompson makes of it

A lot of people who live the caravans either go aboard for the 6 weeks or get a holiday for the 6 weeks in north Wales there are parks now going twelve months
